Signature Court Reporting is OPEN – Remotely – for business at this time.

Chief Justice Charles T. Canady has issued a COVID-19 EMERGENCY Temporary Procedures Order allowing the stenographer to swear in the witness remotely. We are continuing to monitor the situation with the CDC, WHO and the White House and will abide by any directives given.

YES! Depositions are still going forward every day remotely thanks to the fast action of the Florida Supreme Court!
